halls and passages.

When I turn a corner into an unfamiliar place in the city, I sometimes experience a sense of vertigo. A sense that the halls and passages stretch further, that the shadows are darker, that I am alone in this strange space, perhaps never to come out again. And then I find my way, and reality returns.

Halls and Passages is my best approximation of this feeling. The photos are real, but have been altered with AI; distances extended, walls added and removed, reality subtly—or grossly—changed..
